Who We Are
Attentive Home Care is a licensed home care agency that was founded in 2010 to support seniors and individuals with physical and intellectual challenges who are dealing with sickness at home, recovering from an illness, or need support with maintaining their independence at home and/or in the community. Attentive Home Care is licensed by the Philadelphia Department of Health and is credentialed by AmeriHealth Caritas, PA Health and Wellness, and UPMC to provide in-home personal care in Delaware County, PA.
Attentive Home Care Service Capabilities
- Attentive Home Care is operated by an experienced, caring, compassionate, and supportive team of medical and social work professionals who strive to provide daily exceptional quality care for seniors and physically and intellectually challenged individuals.
- Attentive Home Care service capacities include providing hourly, live-in, overnight, and weekend non-medical personal care, companion care, respite, housekeeping, and daily living support services to consumers residing in Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Buck Counties.
- Attentive Home Care caregivers can be scheduled for a minimum of 2 hours per day or up to 24 hours and provide services to personal homes, communities, adult day programs, hospitals, and nursing homes.
Staffing Capacity
- Attentive Home Care’s direct care staff is comprised of competency skills-tested, certified, and/or experienced nursing assistants and home care and personal care aides who provide an excellent level of care for our participants.
- Our staffing level enables Attentive Home Care to provide experienced and professional home care competency skills-tested level of care for our participants, and can respond to service requests within as little as 2-4 hours.
